Welcome to SHeD's online help desk. You can use the knowledgebase to help yourself or you can get one-on-one support with a SHeD agent by visiting to start a Zoom meeting and asking for SHeD help.

Using the Knowledgebase

The SHeD's comprehensive self-help knowledgebase contains articles about academic technology at Lane. You can browse through the articles or search for a specific topic by entering keywords into the search bar. Go to to get started. 

Contact Student Help Desk

The SHeD has in-person assistance Spring term: M - Th 9 am - 4:30 pm and Fridays 10 am - 2 pm, Library, Center Building, 2nd Floor.

Zoom hours are: M-F 10 am - 5 pm and Tu, Th: 10 am - 6 pm.
