Unable to Log into myLane

What to do in case you are unable to log into myLane

To access myLane, visit https://my.lanecc.edu

If your user credentials are not allowing you to access the site, the following myLane password requirements may be preventing you from logging in:

  • be between 12-16 characters 
  • include at least one number 
  • include at least one letter
  • Are case-sensitive (can include capital and lowercase letters)

The most common reasons for authentication errors are:

  • Incorrect password entered: widely the most common mistake. It's easy to mistakenly leave caps lock enabled or tap the wrong letter on your phone. Copy and pasting from a text editor or note is an easy way to verify what you are typing is in fact your password. When in doubt, you can reset your password by following the instructions located here.
     
  • Password is too long: myLane passwords must be between 12-16 characters
    If you have a password that is 12-16 characters long and have confirmed that your email information is correct, but still cannot log into myLane, please contact Enrollment Services at (541) 463-3100
     
  • Recently made account changes: Changes in myLane can take up to 30 minutes to synchronize with myLane. If after 30 minutes you are still unable to log into myLane, please contact Enrollment Services at (541) 463-3100
     
  • Account Conflict: while it is rare, there are cases in which multiple L-numbers under the same email address or account information will cause an issue where you will be unable to access myLane. If you have tried all other options, please contact Enrollment Services to verify that the information on file is accurate.
