If you have already been signed up for the A1-Keys to Success course to remove a hold and do not see it when you log into Moodle follow the steps below.
- Go to myLane>Enrollment Services>Registration and Books> Check Your Registration Status and click on the link that says "re-apply for admission"
- It will take a day or two to activate your admissions status. When it is reactivated the Alert 1 online Keys to Success course will show up on your Moodle page. Open it and carefully follow all instructions to successfully complete it and remove the Alert 1.
