Troubleshooting Issues With Logging In
To log onto the guest wi-fi you are required to create a Guest log-in account. If when you first create an account you accidentally put in the incorrect credentials it will hold onto the incorrect info UNTIL THE CONNECTION IS REFRESHED. To fix this issue you can either...
- Open a different web page and try again
- Clear your history
Your password should be sent to your email in 10-15 minutes.
Can't see anything after logging in
If you log into and connect to the guest wi-fi and nothing shows up when you go to your browser try going to a known website (Netflix, Google, Etc.) to activate the internet connection.
