Sometimes a third party such as a spouse, parent, or legal guardian will need access to limited student information in ExpressLane. To access student information, the third party must provide Enrollment Services staff with an Information Release password. This password is not the same as the student’s ExpressLane password. The student must set up the information release password using Student Release form in ExpressLane and then grant access to limited ExpressLane information by sharing the password with designated third party. If this individual forgets or loses the password, they will have to contact the student.
