How to Print Your Grades from Moodle

Instructions for instructors on how to print student grades directly from Moodle

Printing All Student User Reports

  1. Click the Grades tab in the navigation bar
  2. Select User Report from the dropdown menu on the left, and then select All users from the drop-down menu on the right hand side

  3. In your web browser, print the page. On a PC, it's Crtl + P, on Mac it's Command + P
  4. Limit the print range to exclude the first and last page
  5. Select Print

Printing Individual Student User Report

  1. Click the Grades tab in the navigation bar
  2. Select User Report from the dropdown menu on the left, and then select All users from the drop-down menu on the right hand side Report dropdown 
  3. In your web browser, print the page. On a PC, it's Crtl + P, on Mac it's Command + P
  4. Limit the print range to exclude the first and last page
  5. Select Print
