Unable to Add or Drop due to a Hold
If a student is trying to Add/Drop a course in ExpressLane and it says they are unable to Add/Drop due to a hold, they must complete Step 4 of Steps to Enroll. Unable to Add or Drop due to an Unknown Reason (Pop-up)
If a student is trying to add/drop a course in ExpressLane and sees a blank red and white box pop up with a message to call SHED:
The student must log out of ExpressLane and log back in. This will solve the problem.
Unable to add course and message says to call student helpdesk
If you see this message, it is most frequently due to the fact that you have tried to enroll in a course for which you haven't taken the prerequisite.
If you have taken or tested out of the prerequisite, go to the department office for the course you want to take and show them the documentation for the prerequisite.
