If you are having problems moving past either the New Student Information Session or New Student Academic Advising portions of your admission process, please contact these departments:

If you are having problems with the New Student Information Session test, make sure to take a screenshot of the error (ctrl + Print Screen on Windows, command + shift + 3 on Mac) or accurately describe your issue in an email to newstudentinfosession@lanecc.edu

Before contacting the New Student Information Session department, please double-check that you have successfully submitted your New Student Information Session module.

The student help desk is located on main campus in the Library (center building).
