How to track attendance in Zoom

  1. Open a web browser and navigate to
  2. Sign in with the account you would like to track attendance with.

  3. Click the “Reports” link on the left

  4. This will take you to the “Usage Reports” screen, click the “Usage” button.

  5. You will be able to enter a date range for the meeting you would like to track attendance for. Once selected, your meetings will be listed below.

  6. Choose the number listed under “Participantsusage window with participants numbers highlighted
  7. The “Meeting Participants” screen will appear. Check the “Show unique users” box to filter out duplicates.meeting participants window with show unique users checkbox highlightedYou will see a list of all participants that have joined your meeting.meeting participants window with names highlightedYou can export a .csv file by clicking the “Export” button in the top right.
