Privacy and Security
Zoom employs specific security measures to protect user privacy and data. These measures include:
- Data Encryption: All customer data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.
- User Consent: Users are provided notice and consent options when AI features are in use.
- Data Handling: Zoom does not use customer content to train its AI models. Data used for AI features is stored for up to 30 days for service provision and debugging.
- Compliance: AI features adhere to the same security and compliance requirements as the primary Zoom for Education products, ensuring alignment with our educational contract
